Legislators belonging to the ruling alliance in Jharkhand have been directed to remain in Ranchi for a crucial meeting scheduled at the CM House. The meeting, set to take place at Chief Minister Hemant Soren's residence, is intended to address the ongoing political landscape and the Enforcement Directorate's plan to question CM Hemant Soren.
In response to an email from the ED, Soren has agreed to provide his statement on January 31 at 1 pm at his residence. The ruling alliance comprises the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), Congress, and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). According to JMM General Secretary Vinod Kumar Pandey, the legislators will convene on Tuesday to discuss the future course of action, emphasizing the need for their presence in Ranchi due to the current political situation.
